Place in Drop-Box at 6000 Fairview Road, Suite 104, Charlotte, NC 28210. Drop-Box is located on the Fairview Road/Ruth’s Chris side of the building beside the door with our company logo on it, to the left of the main building doors.
Rent is Due by 4:00pm on the 1st day of each month
- If Rent is not paid by the 1st day of the month a late notice may be sent to you
- If Rent is not paid by the 3rd day of the month a second late notice may be sent to you
- If Rent is not received, in full, by 4:00pm on the 5th day of the month, you are charged a late fee of 5% of the monthly rental rate and sent a Notice to Pay or Vacate
- If rent is not received by the 15th day of the month, an eviction is filed to remove you from the property.
