You are required to notify WRRA-PM at least 60 days before the end of your lease of your desire to vacate the Property at the lease end-date or renew your lease. Below is the submission form for filing your 60 Day Move-out Notice. If you desire to remain at the Property, please use the Renew My Lease button to the left instead of the form below. You will receive confirmation of your notice within 5 business days. If you do not receive confirmation of your notice, it has not been received. Once your notice has been received and confirmed, the Property may be placed on the market either For Lease or For Sale.
Your security deposit is not your last month’s rent. Failure to pay even your last month’s rent will result in an eviction. If you vacate the Property early, you are required to keep all utilities on and payment current and keep the property cared for as if you live there through the end of your lease, and return all keys immediately upon lease termination (the end-date of your lease or notification that a new Tenant has been found). Your security deposit is not your last month’s rent and failure to pay rent will result in an eviction. WRRA-PM will put forth a good faith effort to find a new Tenant for the Property you lease.
As a Tenant, you are not allowed to advertise the Property For Lease yourself or to sublease a property. If you occupy the Property after filing the notification below, you are required to allow showings, keep the Property in show condition, crate or confine all pets and service animals and label rooms with pets or service animals during the hours of 9am-7pm.
