Lease-Signing Information

If you are approved to sign a lease, you will be required to have the following for the lease-signing to take place:

• Rent for the 1st month of the lease term – Certified Funds
• Rent for the next month of the lease term (if the lease begins on or after the 20th day of the month) – Certified Funds
• Security Deposit – Certified Funds
• Pet Fees (if applicable)
• Proof of Renters Insurance (Binder or Declaration Page must have Property named)
• Identification Documents (Passport or 2 forms as specified on Acceptable Identification Documents Form)
