If you must move-out of your property before your lease ends, it is in your best interest to notify WRRA-PM as soon as possible. Your lease and the law require that you pay your rent until a new Tenant is found and that you pay any costs associated with finding a new Tenant. Your security deposit is not your last month’s rent. Failure to pay even your last month’s rent will result in an eviction. You are required to keep all utilities on and payment current and keep the property cared for as if you live there through the end of your lease, and return all keys immediately upon lease termination (the end-date of your lease or notification that a new Tenant has been found). WRRA-PM will put forth a good faith effort to find a new Tenant for the Property you lease.
As a Tenant, you are not allowed to advertise the Property For Lease yourself or to sublease a property. If you occupy the Property after filing the notification below, you are required to allow showings, keep the Property in show condition, crate or confine all pets and service animals and label rooms with pets or service animals during the hours of 9am-7pm.
