Applications may be submitted via:
- Fax: To 704-553-7792 with the Payment Form and a cover sheet to WRRA-PM Tenant Relations.
- Mail or Drop-off: In an envelope labeled WRRA-PM Tenant Relations, 6000 Fairview Road Suite 104, Charlotte, NC 28210 with a check, money order, or the Payment Form.
*After Hours drop-offs may be completed using the general drop-slot at the address above. The vertical drop-slot is in the door with our yellow and black logo on it, on the front of the building (where the flagpoles, drop-off circle, and Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse are) and is beside the Rent Drop.
*Please allow 3 business days for processing and contact after submitting your application.
*Incomplete Applications are not processed and may still be charged the Application Fee.
*Applications missing the Application Fee or other required information will not be processed.
