If you desire to paint or perform other alterations to the Property, you must submit a request below or in writing and receive written approval of such request before you can begin the alteration. Only appropriately licensed and bonded/insured vendors may perform alterations to a property. Incomplete requests are denied.
Please remember:
- Painting
- Approved painting requires white or off-white neutralization painting before the end of your lease at your expense.
- Painting requests must be submitted with colors, color codes, brand, place of purchase, and exact walls requested to be painted and what colors the walls requested will be painted if approved.
- Fixtures
- Approved additions of fixtures such as ceiling fans or lights require that such fixtures remain at property after Tenancy.
- You understand that permitted additions to property that become a fixture (such as a ceiling fan or light) must remain at property upon lease ending and that ownership of such fixture or attachment becomes the ownership of the property owner upon attachment.
